Roasted broccoli really does get scooped up and eaten around here like candy. It’s pretty crazy. And pretty awesome!
The way we (little broccoli thieves and parents) love this best is roasted with coconut oil & seasoned simply with salt. Basic, easy, & tasty!

Delicious crispy roasted broccoli recipe. So easy and quick! A simple way to make a delicious side.
5–6 cups chopped broccoli flourettes
1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
Chop broccoli flourettes into bite sized pieces.
Place broccoli into mixing bowl & pour coconut oil over it. Mix to coat.
Dump broccoli onto sheet pan, and spread evenly. It crisps best when not over crowded.
Sprinkle sea salt over broccoli.
Bake at 425 degrees F for about 25 minutes or until broccoli begins to crisp, lightly.
